Items purchased during sale events are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise noted on the product page.

What is Final Sale?

Final Sale means no returns or exchanges. We are unable to accept items that are purchased on Final Sale for return or exchange. If an order is placed with a sale and full price item, the full price item is still eligible for a refund/exchange. 

AU ORDERS:

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY? (AU)

If something is not quite right you’ve got 14 days to send back your items for FREE for a full refund. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS? (AU)

To help reduce wasted paper, we’ve taken returns online! This means you’ll no longer receive a returns label with your order. Instead, simply follow the steps below to generate your pre-paid return label.

1. To start your return, email: sales@vsnstu.com. Please remember to include your full name and order number, as well as some information about your return or exchange.

2. We will then get back to you within 48hrs asking if you'd prefer to drop-off your item/s or have your item/s collected.

3. Once we have receive a response we will send you a return label which you'll then need to print and attach to the package (make sure it's properly attached to avoid the item/s getting lost).

4. Done! Your parcel is now ready to be taken to your chosen drop-off point, or to be collected!

International customers have 14 days to send your items back to us. Unfortunately at this moment we are not able to offer free returns for our international customers, but this is something we hope to offer in the future!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 3-5 working days. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email sales@vsnstu.com so we can investigate this for you.
